Adding Basemaps

[1] In the Browser panel on the left side of the screen, find XYZ Tiles and double-click.

Open the XYZ Tiles section in the QGIS Browser panel

[2] In the list, double-click OpenStreetMap.

[3] Result:

OpenStreetMap basemap added to the QGIS canvas
